The guest speaker will deliver a lecture entitled “The right to be forgotten and online reputation: law, case history and effects beyond EU”. In the seminar, the Right to be Forgotten as ruled by the European Court of Justice in the Google Spain v. Gonzalez case and its importance when it comes to protecting online reputation will be discussed.
